Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails quality standards (including COA discrepancies), contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Unpaid or cancelled orders incur no charge. Card refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days.
